Fill this out and we'll email you a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Please don't ship anything back before you have one.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. A $7.00 flat-rate return shipping fee applies. There is no restocking fee on items returned in original condition. Makeup, wigs and facial hair, hosiery, and final sale items cannot be returned.
