  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct errors in product descriptions or pricing at any time without prior notice.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues. If your order is canceled after payment has been charged, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Estimated shipping times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed, especially during peak seasonal demand (e.g., September–October).
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • A flat-rate return shipping fee of $7.00 applies to returns.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
  • Final sale items are not eligible for return.
  • To initiate a return, contact our customer service team for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any item back.
  • Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days of receiving the returned item(s) and are issued to the original payment method, minus the restocking fee and return shipping cost.

7. Account Registration

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
