Return Policy
At HalloweenStore.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a flexible return policy.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Return Shipping
A flat rate return shipping fee of $7.00 will be charged.
Restocking Fee
There is no restocking fee on items returned in their original condition. Items that are not returned in original condition may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, or may be refused, at our discretion.
Original condition means the item is unworn and unwashed, free of odors, makeup, and pet hair, undamaged, and returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Makeup
- Wigs and Facial Hair
- Hosiery
- Final sale items
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please submit a return request and we'll email you a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Once you have it, package the item(s) securely, write the RMA number on the outside of the package, and ship it back to the address we provide. Please don't ship anything back before you have an RMA number.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, minus the return shipping cost and any restocking fee that applies.
