Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Return Shipping
A flat rate return shipping fee of $7.00 will be charged.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.

Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Once received, please package the item(s) securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the package back to us at the address provided.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, minus the restocking fee and return shipping cost.
