Flapper Headband and Beads Set. The headband is a black satin covered elastic band trimmed with a satin rose, faux sequins and a black ostrich plume. It is one size fits most. The white pearl-finish beads are knotted at the bottom and are 66 Inch long. This is a great item for a roaring 20's theme party or to go with a costume.
