Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. A $7.00 flat-rate return shipping fee applies.

No restocking fee on items returned in original condition — unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and packaging. Items returned in any other condition may be charged up to 15%, or refused.

Makeup, wigs and facial hair, hosiery, and final sale items cannot be returned.

Request a return to get an RMA number before sending anything back. Refunds go to the original payment method within 2–3 business days of us receiving the item.
